Examination and Certification
- All examinations are conducted online.
- Exam results are typically available on the same day.
- Certificates are usually issued within 10 working days.
Policies
Resit Policy
- Students receive two free resit opportunities if required.
- Any additional resits are charged at £50 per exam.
Attendance Policy
Attendance is mandatory for all training sessions. If a student misses a class, they may be removed from the course and required to rebook onto a future course. A 50% course fee will be payable to secure a place on the next available course.
