sting Security Training Centre provides training for Security Door Supervisor, Security Guard, Security Officer and
First Aid Level 2.

staying updated, and developing leadership skills - Internal Processes
Stay updated by monitoring Awarding Organization updates, revising policies, training staff, documenting changes,
and conducting audits - Monitoring/Sampling
Quality assurance for Highfield qualifications will be applied through clear procedures, regular
monitoring, and structured sampling.
- Standardized Assessment – Consistent verification and compliance checks.
- Sampling Strategy – 100% for new tutors, 50% for experienced, 10% for highly experienced.
- Continuous Improvement – Regular audits, feedback integration, and updates aligned with
Highfield standards.
- IQA Roles & Responsibilities
The IQA should:
- Ensure the delivery and assessment is in line with the qualification requirements;
- Ensure all assessment paperwork is completed accurately;
- Ensure all tutors/assessors are sampled over time;
- Support and offer development for tutors/assessors; and
- Provide an audit trail of internal quality assurance.
SKILLUP SECURITY TRAINING internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are communicated to
all appropriate areas of the business through formal documentation, regular briefings, and digital updates.
Though Mahmood Mirza has ultimate responsibility for quality assurance, all staff have a responsibility
within their own areas of work in helping to ensure that quality is embedded throughout the training
department of Sting Security Training Centre.
