These terms outline the responsibilities of participants in the training courses provided by WayUltra Training Solutions. By enrolling, participants agree to comply with the following terms.
COURSE DETAILS
Prerequisites: Full attendance is mandatory. Please arrive 15 minutes before the 9:00 AM start. Late arrivals will only be admitted at the trainer’s discretion. Course materials are provided for personal use. Sharing or distributing these materials without prior permission is prohibited.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Course modifications: We reserve the right to change course schedules, locations, or cancel courses. In such cases, you will receive at least 10 working days’ notice. You may either transfer to a different date or request a full refund. Participant cancelations: A written request to cancel or amend a booking must be submitted at least 10 working days prior to the course start for a partial refund (less a £50 admin fee). PARTICIPATION AND CONDUCT
Respectful Environment: All participants are expected to maintain a professional, courteous attitude and refrain from disruptive behaviour. Mobile phones should be off during sessions and used only during breaks. Timekeeping: Returning from breaks on time is essential for the smooth running of the course. Late returns may limit your participation. Physical Intervention Training: Training covers principles of physical intervention in the private security industry. The dress code is casual, but no open-toe or high-heeled shoes. Jewellery must be removed before training. Training will be video recorded for verification purposes. If you have physical limitations, please inform the trainer.
ASSESSMENTS AND RE-SITS
Exams: Exams are held on the final day of the course. Results are usually available on the same day, and certificates are emailed within 7 working days. Re-sits: The first two re-sits are free. Subsequent re-sits cost £25 per unit.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Refreshments: Tea, coffee, and biscuits are provided. A fridge and microwave are available on-site. Please bring your own lunch, as nearby food outlets are a 10-minute walk away.
